So, you have decided that this profession is for you. You have received a basic course , but do not know where to start your career path , and do not fully believe in your success . Don't worry, it's fixable! You need experience that you will gain with clients, and a correctly chosen strategy for further steps. Just about the steps today I propose to think
Based on the practice of the training center, we consider several steps to help you start this exciting journey.
1. Knowledge of the motive for oneself as a master.
Let's first define your motivation. In other words, we set goals to which we will go.
There are several types of motivation:
1. Power.
2. Money.
3. Fear.
4. Desire to help people.
5. Striving for justice.
Since most of our decisions in life are motivated by these five points, then by getting to know yourself better, you will be able to understand which direction to look. Try asking the question, where will you be in five years?
For example, if you want to take a leadership position, then you have a lust for power. And if you see yourself as a coach, this, of course, is the desire to help people. And, of course, the motive of money, it is almost always in the first place, and this goes without saying, because any work must be paid. Knowing about motivation will help you connect with colleagues and hire staff in the future.
2. Target audience.
The target audience is the people who satisfy the need that your product or service solves.
Let's move on to practice
We prescribe one segment of the target audience (CA) of your business (think, look, take your time) and answer the main questions.
There should be 7 items in total:
1. Gender, age, geography, marital status, children.
2. Interests of the target audience, what is this group of people interested in?
3. Field of activity: who and where do they work, wealth?
4. Why does the customer need your product or service? For what?
5. Why does it go to you, and not to competitors?
6. What customer problem do I and my product solve?
7. What is the target audience afraid of when buying? Why hesitate to buy?
Contact with your target audience is knowledge of their innermost. This knowledge will help us sell our services and choose the right positioning ourselves as a master.
If you still find it difficult to choose your target audience, look through the subscribers of the master you admire and make a plan for his clients.
So, we went through two stages, you got to know yourself a little, thought about what you want to achieve, and determined who will be your client who will help you realize your plans. Now let's move on to positioning ourselves.
3. Definition of marketing tasks and selection of sites for SMM promotion .
Now consider the type of promotion SMM (social media marketing). Today, SMM is becoming a separate science - the science of competent and effective business promotion in social networks. There are tens of thousands of different social networks and services - communication, news, professional, graphic, blogging, video and many others. Nevertheless, new projects appear in this niche every day. The total audience of social sites exceeds one billion users and, according to some estimates, will soon overtake the audience of search engines. From a marketing point of view, social networks are a universal medium. A variety of tasks can be solved here - from sales to branding.
So, you have chosen a network in which your audience is predominantly located.
Practical tricks:
- The working page should be designed in the same style, that is, your taste and handwriting should be traced.
- Hashtags - it is through them that a client can find you and become interested in your service.
- A day - at least two publications at a certain time. The first is in the morning, when the bulk of your target audience wakes up. And also in the evening, when there is free time to view social networks.
- If there aren't many entries to exhibit, you can write informative articles first or draw on paper and latex for examples of what you can do.
- Ask your friends to be active when you post. This is a wonderful start.
- Be active too. Express your opinion on thematic platforms dedicated to your new business. This is a great opportunity to learn from the mistakes of others or learn something new. Just please do not take all the information at face value. Take only what, in your opinion, lends itself to logic.
- You have no competitors, since the client chooses the master not only for work, but also for personal traits, and we can influence the impression of the client and positioning ourselves.
- Any marketing is based on accurate quantification, so you need to monitor the reach statistics of your publications in order to identify the preferences of your target audience. Also change strategies depending on the results.
- Keep up to date with promotional innovations and introduce them, focusing on your brand.
- If a client comes to you, do everything so that he makes you high-quality advertising on social networks or using the word of mouth method.
4. Develop yourself as a master.
There are no specific steps and rules at this point, since the most important characteristic is the uniqueness of presenting yourself as a professional. Each artist has a different path. The only important condition is the improvement of knowledge and skills not only in theory, but also in practice, and, of course, to do everything with love.
