WULOP 2021: the permanent makeup team of Ukraine is in the top three!

From October 15 to October 18, 2021, Antalya hosted a global event in the world of permanent makeup - the World Permanent Makeup Championship and the World Universal League of Permanent Make-up ( WULOP ) Congress.

Like last year, the championship consisted of two stages: the semi-finals, held in different countries that announced their participation, and the final, where the strongest competed (after all, only by winning the semi-finals in their country, the masters could go to the final). This year, teams of the best masters from 38 countries of the world fought for the title of the strongest in the championship final.

The competition was held in 5 categories:

• arrow with shading;
• hair apparatus;
• eyebrow shading;
• lips lipstick paint;
• eyebrow microblading

Marina Sidorenko became the organizer of the semi-final in Ukraine, she also acted as the team leader and took the winners to the final in Turkey. This year, Ukraine was represented at the World Championships by: Eleonora Zirka - nomination "Eyebrow shading", Kateryna Kononova - nomination "Arrow with shading", Viktoriya Kushnir - nomination "Hair with the device", Kateryna Krepska - nomination "Lipstick coloring" and Anna Denisenko - nomination "Eyebrows Microblading".

Nadezhda Dmitrieva was a member of the panel of judges from Ukraine, and Yulianna Druzhinina made a presentation on Dry lips at the Congress for Micropigmentation Specialists, held as part of WULOP on October 16-17.

At the finals in Antalya, Anna Denisenko took first place in her nomination, becoming the best master in the world, Ekaterina Krepska also won bronze in her nomination, and in the overall team standings, Ukraine took an honorable third place, becoming the bronze medalist of the World Championship in permanent makeup. Valuable rewards and, most importantly, worldwide fame awaited the winners of the championship.

In addition to valuable prizes from sponsors, the Ukrainian team received a cash reward of 5,000 € for the next WULOP.

On October 18, NON-STOP master classes were held by permanent makeup experts, where the speakers were representatives of the last year's winners team - Anna Valerskaya, Angelina Slatvinskaya and Katerina Antropova, as well as Olga Bulgakova, Adriana Pushchak, Katerina Ovcharuk. This enchanting event ended with a grand gala dinner!
