Even 10 years ago, the masters did not think about such concepts as leads, sales funnels, traffic. So what is the secret to successful sales building?

Even 10 years ago, the masters did not think about such concepts as leads, sales funnels, traffic, and much more, which all salespeople of goods and services are now talking about. Despite this, we have many examples of successful craftsmen who made their name a brand in those days. So what is the secret to successful sales building?

Today I would like to talk about such a factor as customer trust. After all, if your customers trust you, any product will easily find its addressee.

Trust is confidence in the integrity and sincerity of the object of trust. That is, if you are trusted, then they provide freedom of action and decisions, being confident in your professionalism and competence.

It's no secret that these days many people want to move their business to an online platform and, of course, there are many advantages to this. Unfortunately or fortunately, the profession of a permanent makeup master cannot be completely transferred online; you still have to pay for renting an office or studio. And yet, in addition to the procedures themselves, there are also sales of related tools for work. And for those masters who have students, theoretical and part of practical knowledge can be transferred online.

To sell your products and services in any mode (both online and offline), you can build customer confidence using the following tools:

1) Demonstration or demo access to services.

2) Customer feedback

3) Certificates confirming the quality of the product.

4) Unique technologies for the service or production of goods.

5) Interviews with your fellow experts.

6) Public speaking at thematic forums and conferences.

These, in my opinion, are the most important tools in the presence of which the consumer will choose you among your competitors.

Selling on the Internet: pros and cons

Advantages of online sales:

1) Saving time for both the customer and the supplier of goods, sales and purchases even outside the working hours of ordinary stores.

2) The cost of organizing an online store is much less than a regular store, which means that with the help of "clicks" you can purchase goods at a lower price.

3) The size of the covered audience.

4) Payment by any available method, including electronic payment.

Disadvantages of selling online:

1) A large number of scammers, because of which the consumer is almost always wary. As well as the lack of spontaneous purchases made by the consumer.

2) The inability to evaluate the quality of the product before buying it, which means that the consumer may be dissatisfied with the purchase, even despite the quality of the product. After all, perhaps this is not what he wanted.

Factors affecting success

So, if we take a niche such as selling goods, we will use the following methods to contribute to the success of the project:

1) Definition of technical services (a site with a store, if there are funds, or a page on social networks, if time and funds are limited)

2) Sales strategy (single product or product line)

3) Elaboration of the target audience (from this point the choice of social networks also comes out)

4) For sites - the need to set up payment as a legal entity, as well as the correct choice of electronic wallets.

5) Both for the site and for social networks - the correct choice of advertising (targeted at the moment is the most popular)

6) Conducting competitor market analysis and pricing

Despite all these factors, in my opinion, there is one more, the most important, without which all of the above will not help in the development of your business - it is to do all the work with love.

By the end of 2020, total online retail sales worldwide are projected to reach $2 trillion (!). Growth, compared to 2017, will be +6%. Just think about this number - it's impressive.

If you are focused on online education, you cannot do without a platform that is comfortable for work. It can be either your personal website or a special program where you will broadcast presentations and show video tutorials.

Pricing, advertising and competitor analysis are also important here. But there is one drawback - theft of video products or resale by unscrupulous people for a lower cost. There is only one way out in such a situation - to be unique and the course must be "live", with great support from those people who acquire knowledge from you.

When you manage to find your buyer, and he will trust you, you will be out of competition and then you will set the prices yourself. And I wish success to all of you, dear friends.
