Eyeliners with drooping eyelids - why not?

Arrows are perhaps one of the most desired elements of eye makeup. But are they suitable for everyone? Or do they look truly impressive in front of everyone?

Of course, when the eye is classic, open, large or almond-shaped, the arrows are applied and look harmonious, completely as one whole, this is always a wow effect. But why can’t we use arrows for the impending century? The fact is that no matter what the design of this line is, unfortunately, it is hidden by the volume of the overhanging eyelids, hidden by eyelashes and becoming invisible.

So what should girls with hooded eyelids do? Of course there is a way out.

Smokey eyes as the main life hack

I offer my clients a light smokysmokey eye . There are different versions of this makeup.

Color

For blue-eyed clients, I offer smokey eyes in burgundy or brown shades to highlight the natural color of the eyes, and for green-eyed beauties, emerald smokey eyes or herbal, olive shades are very suitable.

Finish

I can also suggest clients to choose a matte or shimmery smoke - it’s a matter of everyone’s taste. And special bases help me with this (for example, MAC, Alena Tofil, Nyx, Inglot), that is, shades that become the basis of this makeup, creating the necessary haze, and then we fix it with shadows from various companies and options. And it’s not “aggressive”, and it’s not “black”, as our women are used to thinking, fearing this type of makeup.

Mucous

Be sure to work on the upper and lower mucous membranes. As a rule, the classic option is black mucous; it creates a smoky, languid look. Black and brown gel pencils for mucous membranes from Mark Wirlen, Sinart or Inglot gel eyeliner will come in handy here.

But I also use eggplant, greenish, grayish and gold liners for mucus (my favorites for this are the long-lasting gel pencil pencils from Cargo). However, a light shade for the lower mucosa is possible (for example, milky eyeliner from Inglot) for the effect of visually enlarging the eye.

Tushevka

Thanks to the right shading, smokey eyes seem to open the eye. And the shadow that falls on the drooping eyelid neutralizes it. It’s as if it closes, hides and it visually disappears somewhere. The whole look is completed with decorative eyelashes, which are simply necessary in this makeup.

Smokey eyes for looming eyelids are my main life hack when working with clients, especially older ones, who, unfortunately, almost all have hooded eyelids. In such cases, it is difficult to hide something, and every woman at any age wants to be attractive and have a seductive look.
