Makeup with an emphasis on eyelashes: step-by-step technology with photos

During the pandemic and the mask regime, makeup artists remembered that eyelashes can be a full-fledged beauty accent. Indeed, why not? At fashion shows they began to pay more attention, gradually forming a new trend that was happily picked up by makeup artists around the world. Makeup with the effect of spider legs , feather eyelashes or long false eyelashes - there are many options!

Today we are talking about makeup with spectacular false eyelashes, which is perfect for a fashion show, advertising or creative shoot, as well as for an exaggerated evening look. Makeup artist Elena Potapenko demonstrates how to create it and what makeup products to pay attention to.

Step 1. Apply a reflective base. We cover the face with foundation and finish it with fatty correctors. Set with powder.

Step 2. Shape the eyebrow using a pencil. Apply light matte shadows to the upper eyelid and under the eyebrow.

Step 3. Using a pencil, draw arrows along the upper eyelash row. Use a dark brown color to shade the crease of the eyelid and the inner corner of the eye, carefully blending it.

Step 4. Intensify the shading with burgundy shades. Apply satin pigment to the brow area and the center of the eyelid. Duplicate the arrow with black eyeliner.

Step 5. We fill the black wing with mica to create a deeper look.

Step 6. Paint the inner mucous membrane of the eye with a light shade of kajal. We cover the eyebrows with mica.

Step 7. Glue the eyelashes. Carefully apply mascara to the upper and lower eyelashes.

Step 8. We perform dry modeling of the face using dry correctors and shimmers.

Step 9. Outline the shape of the lips with a wine-colored pencil, gently shading towards the center. Apply dry shadows of light pink color to the volumes and polish with shimmer on top.
