A lot of information, but not always from professional sources, that our patients draw on, is also multiplied by the sorrows of aesthetic medicine specialists. But mutual understanding in the patient-beautician system and the search for a magical remedy for eternal youth — preferably in one procedure without traces of "violence" on the face — is a separate issue. Let's figure out how to choose complex procedures for various aging morphotypes to achieve the desired results.

According to the classification according to I.I. Kolgunenko main morphotypes of aging:

  • deformation;
  • tired;
  • finely wrinkled;
  • muscular.

Deformation type

Deformation type - the least optimistic in prospects, but most often found in Slavic women. It is characterized by the presence of hypertrophied subcutaneous adipose tissue, pastosity, reduced dermal tone, especially in the lower third. Often, with this morphotype, a double chin is expressed, flails, malar edema, hernias of the lower and upper eyelids, folds on the neck. This type is typical for women of dense physique with excess excess weight. At the same time, the skin remains dense for a long time without pronounced wrinkling, but a pronounced vascular network and telangiectasias are often found.

The optimal solution for such a morphotype lies in the surgical plane. But not always this option will be possible. In the arsenal of a cosmetologist there are mesotherapeutic agents with a drainage and lipolytic function that allow you to reduce fat compartments in volume, and thus visually reduce deformations along the contour.
