A combination of injection, hardware and lifting procedures
Complex correction protocols
The article examines the processes of skin aging, as well as presents the selection and justification of correction methods depending on aging morphotypes
Aging is a physiological process accompanied by a decrease in the functional capabilities of all organs, including the skin. Modern understanding of the causes and mechanisms of skin aging allows us to combine the methods of aesthetic medicine into a single anti-aging program.
Different sources distinguish two main types of aging: physiological (natural, biological) and photoaging. The term "physiological aging" (chronoaging) means the natural onset and gradual development of age-related changes. Premature aging (photoaging occurs as a result of exposure to UV radiation) is understood as any partial or general acceleration of the rate of age-related changes, which leads to the fact that a person "gets ahead" of the average level of aging of his age group.
Clinical manifestations of chronic aging are a decrease in skin tone, elasticity, and the appearance of surface wrinkles.
Photoaging develops under the influence of an external aggressive factor - ultraviolet radiation.
Damaged skin provides less support to the vessels, causing them to dilate and become visible telangiectasias. Clinical manifestations of photoaging are dryness of the skin, the presence of pigmentation and deep wrinkles.
