Antiaging aesthetics: prevention and correction of age-related facial changes
Important factors for slowing down the process of biological aging
Modern aesthetic medicine and cosmetology have at their disposal a significant arsenal of tools and methods that allow specialists to work successfully in the field of antiaging aesthetics. However, as in classical medicine, there are no "magical" methods that do not require the patient's active participation, promise guaranteed effectiveness and instant effect.
In one of the previous articles, we focused on the stages of aging and physiological changes associated with age, and also evaluated the external signs of aging. In this article, we will talk about three large groups of therapeutic agents that can be used to prevent age-related changes or correct existing defects.
In order to achieve an effective result not only in the first weeks of working with the patient, tools and methods from the correction group are most often used, but prevention and control are necessary for stable therapy results. In the event that the specialist considers the possibility of long-term work with the patient, all methods should be involved in daily work, despite the fact that some of them do not bring immediate results and require some effort to achieve understanding and cooperation with the patient.
