On September 9 and 10, a master course for permanent makeup masters “School of Aesthetic Dermo-Pigmentation” was held at the Depo conference hall in the capital. The event was attended by micropigmentation specialists/linergists, cosmetologists, make-up artists, heads of permanent makeup training centers and schools, as well as distributors of brands for PM

The organizers and speakers of the event set themselves the goal of giving an opportunity for active networking to micropigmentation specialists, arranging a professional “dating” to exchange experience in order to further improve the quality of services provided. Experts analyzed topical issues of aesthetic dermopigmentation, systematized modern methods and techniques.

Particular attention was paid to the medical aspect, the tandem of the PM master and the cosmetologist / dermatologist / plastic surgeon.

The first day of the conference started with the current topic “The role of permanent makeup in complex aesthetic correction. Possibilities of combining techniques. Andrey Yakimchuk (doctor of aesthetic medicine, dermatologist) spoke about the canons of beauty, physiological and anatomical landmarks of the face, the anatomy of aging, dynamic patterns and natural facial expressions.

Victoria Rudko , stylist-makeup artist, head of the RUDKO ArtLine Permanent Makeup Academy (Kyiv), spoke about the medical aspects of aesthetic dermopigmentation and the combination of permanent makeup with aesthetic medicine methods.

Further, Anna Funikova (a member of the Ukrainian Association of Dermatovenerologists and Cosmetologists, as well as the European Association of Dermatovenereologists (EADV)) revealed the subtleties of the tandem of a cosmetologist and a PM master.

Oksana Tregub (international master trainer, specialist in aesthetic dermopigmentation) shared information about the possibilities of cooperation between a plastic surgeon and a PM master.

After a short break and the quest "In pursuit of prizes", the section "Aging Patient: Author's PM Techniques in the Correction of Signs of Aging" began, dedicated to the author's PM techniques in the correction of signs of aging. The topic of micropigmentation of scar tissue, repeatedly raised by previous speakers, was continued by Natalya Datsyuk , PM master, professional makeup artist, expert at the national level of PM. She shared her experience in applying various techniques and revealed the features of working in different zones.

The next speaker of the first day was Natalya Masnaya , and her topic "Features of the work of the PM master in hemangioma, with Fordyce granules, work with pigmented lips" interested all the participants of the conference.

The final conference day was the report of Natalie Turlibaev , master of permanent makeup, specialist in removing PM (Israel). She spoke about the possibilities of modern removers and the method of removing permanent makeup.
