Modern cosmetology has advanced far in the matter of reducing scars and scars, but often does not fulfill the task of evening out the tone of the scar. Camouflage is a technique that allows you to hide the aesthetic defects of the skin.

Specialists involved in permanent make-up know that work with a client always begins with the collection of an anamnesis, i.e. information about the state of health at the time of the visit to the specialist, previous diseases, medications taken, allergic reactions, etc. A mandatory item in the anamnesis is the presence of skin diseases, their manifestations and relapses in the area of permanent makeup application (lips, eyebrows, eyelids).

It is a well-known fact that teenagers most often suffer from acne and its consequences, for whom appearance is not the last factor in successful socialization. Various behavioral complexes arise, which can be more difficult to deal with than with acne itself. That is why the most popular permanent makeup techniques designed to camouflage skin defects are used by this age group. In addition, micropigmentation allows not only to level the defects themselves, but also to transfer accents to the eyes, eyebrows and lips with the help of the right color and shape.

If a client has acne manifestations, permanent makeup should be approached with great care, since this disease is characterized by the presence of comedones (non-inflammatory form of acne) or papules and pustules (inflammatory form of acne). In the presence of primary non-inflammatory elements, the permanent makeup procedure can be performed. However, in order not to provoke the development of inflammation, the client should be referred for a preliminary consultation with a dermatologist. He will prescribe treatment and make his verdict on the appropriateness of the procedure.

When performing permanent makeup, you should not actively remove excess paint from the skin surface, since mechanical pressure can increase the course of acne. An ideal remedy for cleansing the skin is a solution of green soap, which has a bactericidal effect. If blackheads are in the stained area, it is better to bypass them and paint over the "gaps" during the correction. Skin care after cosmetic tattooing does not change. Only steaming procedures should be avoided, which can damage the protective crust formed after micropigmentation, thereby nullifying all the efforts of a specialist.

In the presence of inflammatory elements - papules and pustules - the permanent makeup procedure will have to be abandoned, because their additional traumatization can lead to an increase in the inflammatory process and its subsequent spread. If a client comes with post-acne symptoms, there are no contraindications to the procedure. Post-acne include enlarged pores, uneven skin texture, scarring, congestive spots, post-inflammatory hyper- and depigmentation, persistent erythema, and capillary dilation. Such traces, depending on their location, can, for example, visually distort the shape of the lips, change the color of the red border, or cause partial loss of the eyebrows. In these cases, permanent makeup is perhaps the only way to solve the problem.

You can choose both a natural option (for boys) and with an imitation of decorative cosmetics (for girls). For example, if post-acne is manifested by enlarged pores, pigmentation disorders and dilated capillaries in the lip area, then a slight increase in the shape of the lips will help correct this deficiency. And in the presence of such shortcomings in the eyebrow area, it is better to give preference to the shading technique. The bumpy skin of the forehead, for example, can be visually corrected by a beautiful contour of the eyebrows or eyes. However, when working out the contour, it is not necessary to stretch the skin too much, since it will be difficult for the master to assess how even the line can turn out. With pinpoint vascular "asterisks", sometimes it is enough to put a neat front sight, and the aesthetic problem - no matter how it happened. Permanent make-up will also help with acne scars in the cheeks and forehead, even if the contrast between healthy skin and scar tissue is quite obvious. This procedure belongs to aesthetic dermopigmentation and is performed with special pigments matched to the color of healthy skin. It is worth mentioning the phenomena of post-acne in the area of the chest and back - in their case, a high-quality artistic tattoo will help divert attention from the defect.
