Metallic eye makeup is still among the trends of 2019, so don’t forget about it and try to repeat one of the most beautiful looks.

Gold, silver, bronze, and maybe blue or pink with a metallic effect - let's experiment and try something new this spring! We don’t stop only with glitter, shimmer textures and pearlescent shine, because the catwalks are conquered by the foil effect on the lips and eyes. It looks incredibly original and creative, attracting all the attention, so passing by it is a real crime for a makeup artist. Star makeup artists are experimenting with all their might with the 2019 beauty trend, inspiring us to join it. This version of metallic eye makeup is ideal for a fashion shoot, an art look, and even a regular party if your client likes to stand out from others. We recommend combining such creative foil makeup with minimal lip makeup and an even tone to leave only one accent on the face. Nude shades of lipstick, highlighters and calm shades of blush will help you with this. We tell and show how to repeat fashionable eye makeup with a metallic effect and what cosmetic products you will need for this.

Step 1. Use a tone that matches your skin color, a light liquid corrector under the eyes, and also cover the entire face with loose powder of a natural shade to achieve a natural result.

Step 2. Using beige-gray shadows, we emphasize the eyebrows, creating a natural effect. We comb and fix the eyebrows with a special gel, directing the hairs upward. Using a dry corrector of a cool brown shade, we correct the oval of the face, if necessary.

Step 3. On the upper eyelid, draw a thin black arrow with gel eyeliner - this will give expressiveness to the eyes and highlight them.

Step 4. Draw a black pencil along the mucous membrane of the lower eyelid, shading downward, emphasizing the natural volume.

Step 5. Draw the fold of the upper eyelid with black and gray shadows from the bridge of the nose to the outer corner parallel to the eyelid. Using soft shading, we connect the upper fold with the shadow on the lower eyelid.

Step 6. We decorate the moving eyelid with gold leaf (cold shade), filling the void and laying it out in the shape of an arrow. We highlight the cheekbones with gold shimmer, and paint the lips with a silver cream highlighter and beige lipstick. The image is ready!
