Abrasive effect on the skin with the help of chemical agents (chemical peeling) is currently one of the most popular methods of dermatocosmetology. Chemical peeling owes its wide popularity to its extraordinary effectiveness, representativeness, and relatively low cost.

Unlike physical and mechanical peels, chemical peels are easier to use and do not require expensive equipment. Of course, they cannot replace face and body correction surgeries, however, if peelings are performed according to indications and - most importantly! - an experienced specialist, the results are truly impressive.

Today, in the arsenal of a specialist in aesthetic medicine, there is a large number of peelings that differ in depth and mechanism of action. The selection of patients for chemical peeling and the depth of its effect is determined by the presence of certain indications and contraindications to its implementation.

  • at the level of the epidermis and the papillary layer of the dermis: chloasma, hyperpigmentation, small surface wrinkles and scars.
