About ways to get an ideal figure
To the anti-cellulite program, it is necessary to add mesotherapy drugs aimed at lifting, increasing turgor and elasticity of tissues.
There are many ways to get the perfect figure. But, unfortunately, not all of them are effective and safe. The client's independent approach to this issue, as a rule, consists of uncontrolled diets, exhausting physical exertion, dubious cosmetic products - all this can cause irreversible consequences in the race for a beautiful body.
But before proceeding with the correction of fat deposits, it is necessary to determine the severity of this aesthetic defect.
There are four stages of cellulite:
- 1st stage - the presence of a small swelling, without visible tissue changes, only when squeezing the skin in the fold, small bumps can be seen;
- 2nd stage - more pronounced swelling, during palpation single, small nodules are noted;
- 3rd stage - micronodular, numerous small and medium-sized nodules, rather pronounced tissue swelling, impaired pain and tactile sensitivity of the skin in the affected area are noted;
- Stage 4 - macronodular, characterized by the presence of numerous nodes of various sizes, pronounced swelling of tissues, tenderness during palpation, a local change in tissue temperature is noted.
