Laser lipolysis: a low-traumatic technique for correcting body shapes
A method that avoids many complications
Many patients turn to estheticians with a request to return the body to the desired shape, remove excess fat - usually from the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and without side effects and risks. Aesthetic medicine of our time has many safe and effective methods of liposuction in its arsenal.
As you know, there are several methods of liposuction: standard (mechanical destruction and vacuum aspiration), tumescent, ultrasonic, syringe, electronic lipomodeling. With the traditional method, small punctures are made on the skin (usually in natural folds or along the laundry line), through which a certain amount of fat deposits are removed with the help of special equipment (cannula) and suction. The operation is most often performed under anesthesia, but local anesthesia is possible.
Research into the possibility of using a laser to destroy fat deposits began at the end of the 20th century. With the appearance of the first device with specially selected parameters of the laser pulse, which delicately destroys fat cells without injuring the surrounding tissues, the laser lipolysis procedure quickly gained popularity, becoming an indisputable alternative to surgical intervention.
