Modified skin biomodulation protocol: practical aspects of application
A comprehensive approach to microlifting
Minimally invasive skin lifting techniques in the cosmetologist's office: what do we already know and what innovations exist? The report was presented by the Innoaesthetics brand at the online conference "Skin Reprogramming Protocols: When? as? what?", which took place on November 14, 2024
In order to understand this protocol and to work successfully and obtain stable and safe results, we need to turn to anatomy again, remember the supporting ligaments of the face, the ligaments that form its frame, and remember that the ligamentous apparatus starts from the periosteum to the dermis and extends through all the soft tissues of the skin.
Microscopically, each ligament is rooted in a muscle and represents a tree-like structure. This extensive system of facial ligaments forms a rigid mechanical structure that resists external forces (such as gravity, for example).
The connections are important for understanding both this protocol in principle, for practical moments, and in general the vision of morphological aging of the face and methods of rejuvenation. Ligaments are located in predictable anatomical landmarks. They are deep fibrous attachments that extend from the periosteum to the deep fascia upward to integrate and anchor the superficial tissue.
