Regenerative techniques: a modern approach
The role of amino acids in the formation of collagen
Practical views on the amino acid composition of drugs at the Estet online conference "Skin Reprogramming Protocols: When? as? what?" On November 14, the company UBC presented.
There are 20 genetically determined amino acids in the human body, but amino acids make up more than 70% of body weight and 90% of muscle tissue. They play a key role in the health, structure and relationships of the skin, and especially those that are important for regeneration, hydration and maintaining the elasticity of the skin. It is important to be aware of their influence and importance for the optimal functioning of the body and the aesthetic condition of the skin.
An adult with an inactive lifestyle needs about 0.75 g of protein per 1 kg of body weight, which is about 55 g for men and 40 g for women. Protein is lost in the body under the conditions of nutritional deficiency of proteins in the diet, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (impaired absorptive function, irritable bowel syndrome), all chronic inflammatory processes, and in the presence of neoplasms.
