Injection therapy of cellulite

When analyzing the possibilities of correcting cellulite and local fat deposits, we must rely on the pathogenetic processes that lead to these problems. 

At the heart of adipose tissue is an adipocyte as an adult formed cell surrounded by an extracellular matrix. A fat cell as a component of adipose tissue is the result of the process of differentiation of mesenchymal, and according to the latest data, in some genetically "selected" - and hematopoietic stem cells. In the course of life, the adipocyte differentiates, all vacuoles filled with triglycerides gradually merge into one large vacuole, which pushes the nucleus almost to the cell membrane. 

The more crowded the cell is, the less functional the cell apparatus responsible for energy exchange: mitochondria and the Golgi complex. Over time, a vicious cycle of blocking fat metabolism can be created in each individual cell. 

In general, adipose tissue is an absolutely necessary component of a healthy body and performs a large number of functions: from supporting to thermoregulatory. The "breakdown" usually occurs in the implementation of the "reserve" function of nutrients.

• Type 1. It includes functional adipose tissue that is evenly distributed throughout the body and creates the main volumes and excess weight. Exercise, diet and stress primarily affect it, significantly reducing the number.
• Type 2. Reserve adipose tissue belongs to it. It is located locally, in certain places, thereby distorting the contours of the body. Reserve adipose tissue is almost insensitive to the main factors of weight loss: diet, exercise. Zones of its accumulation in both women and men are often determined by the action of sex hormones and genetic predisposition.
