Trichological cocktails for mesotherapy
Using only external means, it is quite difficult to solve the problem of baldness, because they affect only the upper layer of the skin, while the hair follicles are located at a depth of 0.5 cm. You can deliver the active substances directly to the hair follicles with the help of an effective remedy for alopecia - mesotherapy
Alopecia is a fairly common problem among patients of dermatologists and cosmetologists, which has a significant negative impact on the quality of life. All types of alopecia are divided into scarring and non-scarring. In practice, we most often encounter non-scarring alopecia, the most common types of which include androgenetic alopecia, focal or nested, and telogen hair loss.
Telogen alopecia was first described by Kligman in 1961 as a painful condition of the hair follicle, accompanied by diffuse hair loss in the telogen phase, occurring 3 months after the onset of the triggering event and usually disappearing by itself after 6 months.
For the treatment of alopecia, various cosmetic procedures are used, such as mesotherapy, microneedling, injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), LED therapy and laser treatment, treatment with the use of stem cells and growth factors.
In this article, we will consider the promising components used as part of the mesotherapeutic treatment method for the most common types of alopecia.
