A transitional period in a woman's life, or Attention – menopause!

The onset of menopause is often difficult for many women not so much physically as emotionally. It is important to understand that at this time your patients need special attention. Explain to them the characteristic signs of this period, help them stay in shape and take care of their facial skin - and they will be convinced that a full life continues.
The word "climax" or "climacterium" (Latin) is translated as "step" or "stage". This is a period of change in a woman's life, which marks the beginning of the aging process of the body. Menopause occurs mainly between the ages of 40 and 50, but the specific age of this event cannot be determined.
Premenopause is a period of age-related decline in ovarian function, its onset depends on the woman's genetic characteristics, stressful situations and concomitant diseases. At this time, a woman is periodically bothered by sudden "hot flashes", headaches, palpitations, difficulty concentrating, and depression may develop. Attacks of weakness, drowsiness, irritability and anxiety are often observed.
Despite the fact that menopause is a physiological and inevitable process, it can still be slowed down if a woman is psychologically and physically prepared in a timely manner. Modern medicine can extend the time of a normal active life and alleviate the symptoms of menopause.
