Choosing a remover, the master can get confused among the variety of variations and brands. In this article I will talk about the tool that I prefer.

The number of permanent makeup masters is growing rapidly every day. And quality, as you know, does not always increase with quantity. In the context of our work, unfortunately, it is even the other way around. Therefore, it is obvious that not only arises, but also grows the need for the removal or clarification of old works. Currently, there are various methods of removal. The most popular are laser and remover.

There are various removers on the market now. I will focus on the most studied product - Rejuvi alkaline remover.

Serious Approach

Founded by chemists Wade Cheng and Arthur Furst, Rejuvi has been a brand name in the beauty industry for over 30 years. The formula of the Rejuvi remover is unique, the active ingredients have been taken as a basis by the manufacturers of removers more than once, but so far it has not been possible to surpass or at least repeat this composition.

It is easy to guess that a special composition requires a special approach to itself. I have been trained to hatch three times! And I can already work in my own way, relying on knowledge and experience. The principle of removal with the help of a remover is as follows: like attracts like. The metal oxides in the Rejuvi system have very similar physical and chemical properties to permanent makeup pigments, so they are miscible. On the contrary, the remover is not compatible with skin cells, so it is rejected, pushed out and, together with the pigment, is removed in the form of crusts through the surface.

Seemingly simple in description, the process of removing the PM is complex in execution. You are dealing with a strong professional preparation, which means that your level of preparation must also be high. The Rejuvi remover is not available for free sale and can only be purchased from an official representative and strictly after completing the training. Knowledge and experience allow us to calculate the load on the skin and select the necessary technique. Yes, it is important to take into account not only the condition of the skin and pigment, but also to find your own approach to each zone: for the removal of microblading - its own technique, for permanent makeup of the lips - a different one, etc.

The Rejuvi remover will cope where all other methods are powerless. The most common request is the removal of the green shade of eyebrows acquired after laser work or the arrows that have swum and lost their outlines. The latest masters often try to hide with a layer of camouflage pigment with a high content of titanium dioxide. And for Rejuvi, this is an ordinary task.

My observations

Don't expect miracles from one session. It is important to remember and inform the client that removal with a remover (as well as with a laser) is a multi-session method. Yes, you can try to extract the pigment in one session, but then skin recovery will take a very long time. For good and fast healing, special care is recommended - soting cream and scarker gel. By following the protocol of the procedure, scarring is minimized. However, the method of working with the Rejuvi remover implies both the presence of crusts and the ability to work without the final mask with the preparation.

Summing up, I will note the important points. First, the Rejuvi remover is not a home use product. Secondly, removing unwanted permanent makeup with this remover is not a medical or surgical procedure, but it is not easy and requires appropriate qualifications. Thirdly, during the procedure, the unwanted pigment is precisely removed, and not camouflaged or bleached.
