Cheekbones and other parts of the face: a permanent as an element of complex care
How permanent makeup can replace decorative cosmetics
Permanent makeup is actively used as an element of complex care for aged clients. Working together with dermatocosmetologists, permanent makeup specialists solve the problem of facial skin rejuvenation
With age, the use of decorative cosmetics may not remove, but, on the contrary, emphasize some aesthetic flaws. This applies to powder, tone and blush. Applied to aging skin, they accentuate wrinkles by clogging their bottom. PM can replace decorative cosmetics if done subtly and naturally. The imposition of blush is especially important. In addition to an excellent visual effect (the return of blush and emphasizing the cheekbones), permanent makeup rejuvenates a large area at the cellular level, removing acne marks, small scars and irregularities.
The blush is applied in the thinnest layer, the paint is only slightly darker than the client's skin tone. The pigment is heavily diluted with distilled water, mix or mesotherapy cocktail.
Hyperpigmented spots are difficult to correct with PM. They remain visible and look like powdered. Depigmented spots, on the contrary, become almost invisible. A contraindication to this procedure is the presence of telangiectasias. If you work on the zygomatic area together with dermatocosmetologists, then you can advise clients on fillers with hyaluronic or polylactic acids.
Other areas of the face and scalp
With the help of PM, it is possible to camouflage scars after circular plastic surgery, which are located near the ears, in the scalp, at the base of the skull and along the edge of the forehead.
Near the ears, the scar is painted over to match the color of the skin. As a result, it can only be seen from a certain angle when light falls on it - in this case, the scar appears more glossy due to a different skin texture (surrounding skin is matte). The scar near the ears is camouflaged using dot technique. The pigment is selected according to the color of the skin, remembering that the skin tone is not uniform. Therefore, some dots are applied with a gray pigment, some with pink, some with yellow, etc. At least 3-4 procedures are required to obtain the desired result.
The forehead area is closed according to the same principle.
Behind the ears and at the base of the skull, the scars are usually painted using a shading technique, matching the pigment to the skin color, but a little more yellow. In general, it should be noted that in dermopigmentation, the yellow palette is best suited for skin color, as it gives the skin a natural olive tint. To cover such scars, it is convenient to use Magnum needles.
In the scalp, the trichopigmentation technique is used, using a trichodermograph with special needles, which have a much lower penetrating power than ordinary ones. The device has programs "Scar", "Forehead zone", "Nachal zone". There are also special pigments for trichopigmentation. The fact is that the skin on the head is somewhat different from the rest. And if you work with it with ordinary pigments, they will spread. And pigments for trichopigmentation are more “dry” - they contain more alcohol and less glycerin, which allows them to be well fixed in the application area. First, the scar is camouflaged with hair technique. And the gaps between the hairs are painted over to match the color of the skin.
For the correction of diffuse alopecia, hair technique is also used, due to which the thinning of one's own hair becomes almost imperceptible.
Anesthetics
When working with older clients, anesthetics containing adrenaline should be used with great care. They can cause heart rhythm disturbances (tachycardia, extrasystole), especially in coronary heart disease, fear, anxiety, tremor, headache, vasospasm. Therefore, before choosing an anesthetic, it is necessary to ask the client about vascular problems, about how she tolerates dental anesthesia.
Very carefully it is necessary to do anesthesia in the ciliary zone, especially if signs of alopecia are visible. The fact is that the anesthetic (especially the Emla cream, which has a fluid texture) can get on the mucous membrane of the eye and burn the cornea. Therefore, with alopecia, it is better to use "Mesonab" - the drug is thicker and less spreading.
Contraindications to the PM procedure in older clients
– Allergic reactions to drugs
– Cardiovascular reactions in the acute stage (if the client has a history of such diseases, then the procedure should be carried out with great care, remembering that pain can provoke their exacerbation)
– Diabetes mellitus (it is possible to work with such clients, but we must remember that their tissue regeneration occurs very slowly, so a very small area of skin must be treated in one procedure)
– Chemotherapy for cancer also slows down skin repair
– Any neoplasms in the treatment area cannot be injured
