About the physiological effects after the permanent makeup procedure

The permanent make-up procedure not only visually removes some of the aesthetic imperfections that appear on the face as we age, but also triggers certain physiological processes in the skin, leading to an improvement in its quality and appearance.

The topic of anti-aging correction in permanent makeup did not arise by chance. The fact is that the procedure not only visually removes some of the aesthetic imperfections that appear on the face as you age, but also triggers certain physiological processes in the skin, leading to an improvement in its quality and appearance.

The influence of permanent makeup on physiology

Since the skin is injured during the application of permanent makeup, collagenogenesis is stimulated. And the effect obtained as a result of this can be compared with peelings and mesotherapy. By the way, not so long ago a new direction appeared in dermopigmentation, the essence of which is that during the procedure mesococktails are added directly to the pigment. That is, the pigment is diluted not with a mix or distilled water, but with a mesopreparation. This technique is often used when working with wrinkles, achieving a double rejuvenating effect. And since many permanent makeup procedures require from one to four corrections, the client receives an almost complete course of mesotherapy. It is worth noting that only masters with a medical education can administer mesopreparations.

A permanent makeup machine is also used as a meso-injector to correct deep wrinkles in the eye or lip area, which allows you to work out exactly the wrinkles themselves without affecting the surrounding tissues, and reduce their severity in a few procedures. In addition, studies were conducted in the United States that proved that it is possible to rejuvenate the skin with a dry needle, triggering a regeneration reaction. As a result, the skin becomes much fresher. It was after such studies that mesoscooters appeared on the market.

The pigments themselves play an important role in anti-aging therapy, since many of them contain ingredients that have a rejuvenating effect: aloe vera, castor oil, witch hazel. Manufacturers add them to improve skin regeneration after the procedure.

Visual effects after the PM procedure

It is no secret that over the years, the production of collagen in the skin decreases, its elasticity decreases, wrinkles appear, the skin loses its tone, its tone becomes uneven. The youthful pinkish shade darkens, it seems that the skin is gray and dull. Due to the fragility of the vessels, a bluish tint of the lips joins the earthy complexion. The task of the PM master is to restore the skin to its former colors by correctly selecting the colors of the pigments, and correct the shape, taking into account all the nuances of age-related physiological processes that occur not only in the skin, but also in the underlying tissues.

The lip area is a very delicate area

The selection of colors for permanent lip makeup is of paramount importance. The pigment should not emphasize the earthy complexion and slightly yellowed tooth enamel. It should be remembered that such an effect is exerted by colors that are opposite in the spectral circle. For example, if the client's face has a yellowish tint, and the master chooses a purple or lilac shade for permanent lip makeup, then the yellowness of the skin and tooth enamel will immediately catch your eye.

For aged clients, it is necessary to use a warm range of pigments; coral and salmon shades look good on an aged face. You can add an orange color to the selected pigment, which corrects the blue of the lips and gives them brightness and juiciness.

The master will have to abandon matte tones that visually remove volume, preferring transparent pigments, which are obtained by adding more organic red pigment and less dense white pigment.

With age, not only color goes away, but also the volume of the lips , the corners fall, as a result, such a facial expression appears, as if a person is dissatisfied with something. The first step in rejuvenating this area is to lift the corners of the lips. Next, you need to try to restore the lost volume to the lips a little. It is possible for older clients to increase lips, but with great care. I think that one or two millimeters is enough, otherwise the lips will look at least artificial. If the client insists on increasing the volume of the lips, then she should be advised a complex correction of the lower third of the face, in which not only the PM master, but also a dermatocosmetologist will take part. Thanks to the introduction of fillers, a decrease in the severity of nasolabial folds and wrinkles in the oral zone, an obvious rejuvenating effect will be achieved. And applying permanent makeup will complete the image of the client. By the way, after cosmetic procedures, dermopigmentation of the skin is much easier to perform.

When choosing a form, you need to pay attention to the presence or absence of teeth in the client. If prosthetics are planned in the future, the shape of the lips may change. Such clients should either be offered to take care of their teeth first, or be warned that after prosthetics, a correction of the shape of the lips may be required.

The rejuvenation of the oral zone does not end there. You can visually smooth out wrinkles with a thin white line that is drawn above the upper lip. In addition to white pigment, you can use a shade slightly lighter than the client's own skin. The same color can lighten the bottom of wrinkles. Due to the fact that any skin crease looks darker, the application of a light pigment visually smoothes the skin texture.

The contour of the lips is best drawn with a needle-unit with a diamond-shaped sharpening. And wrinkles are stained with the usual one. White paint must be thoroughly diluted either with a mix, or with distilled water, or with a meso-cocktail in a ratio of 1: 1 or even more.

A rejuvenating effect can be achieved by lightening the nasolabial folds, which makes them less pronounced. But such work should be done only by a master with extensive experience, otherwise, instead of correction, light stripes or spots will appear on the face. And the light pigment is washed out of the skin more slowly than others.

Since the skin becomes dry with age and signs of keratosis appear, the colors do not lie flat. In this regard, it is necessary to warn the client that one or even two correction procedures will be required. It should also be borne in mind that during anesthesia, the skin swells slightly, so wrinkles become less pronounced. To clearly paint over them, you need to draw all the wrinkles with a white pencil before applying the anesthetic. You can use special pencils to mark the areas of injection of botulinum toxin.
