Rollers and Gua Sha
Do they really work?

You can often find videos and photos of self-massage with a crystal roller or Gua Sha in beauty influencers.
Facial massage with a roller is a well-known massage method that is easy to perform at home without special training. The main advantage of roller massage is precisely this: you do not need to learn complex massage techniques or synchronize the movements of your right and left hands. A light, cool, smooth cylinder is an ideal tool for a pleasant facial massage.
All you need is to familiarize yourself with the basic massage lines (tip: always massage the face from the center outwards in almost horizontal lines and the neck downwards in long, smooth strokes with minimal pressure) and you're good to go. Massaging your face for just a few minutes each day will help reduce swelling if you're prone to it and generally improve circulation.
