What ingredients, means and procedures should be chosen for pregnant clients?

Pregnant women often have to give up certain usual things. Many believe that this also applies to cosmetic procedures such as manicures, hair coloring and facials. But in fact, the restrictions for pregnant women in the use of skin care products are quite minimal.
Pregnancy is a very special period in a woman's life. However, by the sixth month of pregnancy, most women feel tired of being constantly reminded of this.
Pregnant women often have to give up certain usual things. Many believe that this also applies to cosmetic procedures such as manicures, hair coloring and facials. But in fact, the restrictions for pregnant women in the use of skin care products are quite minimal.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, women experience various skin changes caused by hormonal fluctuations (so-called pregnancy hormones). Some of these can be very beneficial for the skin, such as the "pregnancy glow" or the significant improvement in hair condition during the second and third trimesters.
What should be avoided during pregnancy and why?
The first limitation concerns hardware procedures (intensive or energy-intensive). Do not plan laser resurfacing, RF-lifting and, of course, cryolipolysis during pregnancy. Aesthetic operations will also have to be postponed, which will hardly be a surprise.
