Methods of non-surgical body rejuvenation using biothreads

Body correction is the most difficult topic: there is a lot of soft fatty tissue on the body, which undergoes age-related and volumetric changes, sagging, overstretching the skin fibers and contributing to deformation of the contours of the body.

The question of the condition of the body is increasingly of concern and interest to women of different ages: stretch marks, scars, breast lift, arms, hips, décolleté... Lifting body contours using mesothreads gives amazing results, while the procedure is completely safe and painless and does not require rehabilitation. Threadlifting is the best and practically the only solution for women who dream of tightening the skin on their body without surgery, which leaves behind scars, hematomas, retractions, and uneven contours.

Today, there are two main methods for correcting local fat deposits: mesotherapy and thread lifting.

Mesotherapy

Basic rules for conducting mesotherapy sessions:

  1. small injection depth - up to 4 mm (exception - up to 13 mm for injections into the hypodermis);

  2. the depth of drug administration should be the same at each point of a certain aesthetic zone;

  3. the volume of the injected cocktail should be the same at each injection point of a certain aesthetic zone;

  4. During one session, only one mesotherapy zone is treated;

  5. the injection rate should be high;

  6. disinfection of the skin before and after the procedure is required;

  7. on the day of the mesotherapy session and for 2-3 days after it, no other procedures are performed;

  8. the client should not drink strong or hot drinks on the day of the procedure;

  9. limiting exposure to high temperatures (for example, visiting a sauna);

  10. do not take NSAIDs and other anticoagulants;

  11. do not visit the solarium (the formation of areas of hyper- and depigmentation is possible).

Course of body treatments: from 10 to 14 procedures with an interval of 7 days, then 4 procedures with an interval of 14 days.

Maintenance courses: 1 procedure per month.

For a faster effect, before each mesotherapy session, a vascular stage is performed: the spinal column is treated, and injections are carried out over the projection of large vessels with special lymphatic drainage meso-cocktails. This way the drug is better absorbed and swelling goes away faster.

  • The composition of lymphatic drainage cocktails mainly includes ingredients such as rutin, extracts of sweet clover, ginkgo biloba, green tea, centella asiatica, and monomethyl trisilanol manuronate.
  • Lipolytic preparations contain phosphatidylcholine, sodium deoxycholate, folic acid, caffeine, vitamins C, H (biotin), nicotinamide.

Thread lifting

I would like to emphasize the relevance of such an accessible, minimally invasive method in the work of shaping facial contours as thread lifting, which allows for two extremely important effects: noticeably reducing the skin flap (in fairly young patients or after special preparation of the skin) and lifting itself (lifting and/or directed movement) of an array of soft tissues.

Various methods have been developed for strengthening the integumentary tissues of the body using absorbable mesothreads. Bio-reinforcement can be connected to mesothreads - for better correction of involutional changes in various zones topic:

  • inner surface of the shoulders;
  • belly;
  • hips;
  • suprapatella areas;
  • neckline;
  • neck.

Mesothreads are created from a completely natural material - polydioxanone, which is involved in the metabolism of young healthy skin, so this substance does not cause allergies or other unpleasant consequences.

Threadlifting can not only rid the skin of the body of ptosis, but also make it denser and more elastic, eliminate unevenness and, if necessary, correct the results after liposuction.

Contraindications to the procedure:

  • inflammatory phenomena and tumor diseases in the area of the proposed intervention;
  • tendency to form keloid and hypertrophic scars;
  • blood diseases (hemophilia), taking anticoagulants;
  • exacerbation of any chronic diseases;
  • pregnancy and lactation;
  • individual drug intolerance.

Procedure steps:

  • pre-labeling;
  • aseptic treatment of the correction area;
  • anesthesia (local infiltration);
  • insertion of threads;
  • tension and fixation of threads (in the area of excess skin);
  • applying sterile strips to puncture sites and insertion of cannulas.

The procedure can take from 15 to 50 minutes.

Biostimulation effect

There are many bioactive points on the human body, the impact of which leads to stimulation of blood circulation, metabolic processes in the body, trophism of the pelvis, lymph flow, and lipolysis.

Biostimulating threads occupy a special position, since the aesthetic effect they provide is based not on mechanical movement and retention of soft tissue, but on stimulation of natural rejuvenation processes. The threads are inserted under the skin using special guide needles, which are made from special surgical steel. Their end section, coming out of the needle cut, is fixed with a piece of polystyrene foam or foam rubber.

Such needles are flexible and elastic enough to allow the doctor to adjust the direction of the mesothread when inserting it and achieve an optimal result. Threads of different thicknesses are provided for different areas of the body. The procedure itself is completely safe and painless.

A short length of mesothread (30G * 25 mm) is inserted into these points. When pulling out each mesothread, the simultaneous introduction of lipolytic or lymphatic drainage meso-cocktails is encouraged. In this way, long-term stimulation of this bioactive zone and the body as a whole occurs - for 180-240 days, until the thread dissolves. After 240 days, the mesothreads completely dissolve, nourishing and stimulating tissue repair, and in their place thin fibers of new connective tissue appear that support the already formed frame. The effect is noticeable immediately and lasts up to two years. After the procedure, there are no scars or swelling left.

Unfortunately, today even among doctors there is no clear understanding that soft tissue tightening is possible only if the thread and conductive needle (cannula) have certain design characteristics and when appropriate installation methods are used. Biostimulating threads are the thinnest of all samples. They are not able to hold the displaced tissue. However, as a result of the processes occurring in the skin after the installation of the threads, a moderate reinforcing effect appears, and in some cases, a lifting effect.

Rice. 1. Bioactive points

Bioactive points (Fig. 1):

1 - solar plexus, improvement of trophism, effect on the respiratory tract;

2 - trophism of the stomach;

3 - loss of appetite, normalization of intestinal and kidney function, anti-edematous effect;

4 - genitals, normalization of metabolic processes, blood flow and nutrition;

5, 6 - urinary incontinence, anuria, kidney trophism, disease of the genital organs;

7, 19, 20 - diseases of the genitourinary system;

8 - profuse sweating, improved nutrition of connective tissues, rectum, improved functioning of hepatocytes;

9, 10, 11 - chest, improved blood flow; against shortness of breath;

13, 14, 15 - improvement of blood circulation throughout the body, breast trophism;

16, 17 - intestines, normalization of vascular muscle tone;

18 - improvement of intestinal motility, kidney blood flow, lumbar pain.

Important collaterals are also located in the sacral area (Fig. 2).

Combination therapy

The recommended course for correcting local fat deposits for the abdomen, arms, and thighs may be as follows.

1-4 procedures - lymphatic drainage + vascular stage. It is recommended to use tightening meso-cocktails (with DMAE).

4-6 procedures - administration of lipolytics + lymphatic drainage + vascular stage + DMAE.

Procedure 7 - placing mesothreads at active points with the simultaneous introduction of lymphatic drainage complexes.

8-12 procedures - administration of lipolytics, drainage mesopreparations + DMAE.

Procedure 13 - placing the threads in the required area.

Of course, the course is selected individually for each client. Some of them do not need lipolytic mesotherapy procedures; they need to have mesothreads introduced from the first procedure. Conversely, body correction can be completely resolved only by introducing mesotherapy drugs.

Typically, 30-40 threads are used to tighten the abdominal area, 60-80 threads for the hips, and 20-30 threads for the arms.

So, non-surgical body rejuvenation techniques using biothreads allow you to achieve a visible effect in one session without pain, incisions and scars.
