Cellulite correction methods
Complex influence
The most promising are methods of complex effects: a combination of anti-stress effects, vascular and lymphatic drainage, a mild lipolytic effect, and restoration of microcirculation.
Empirical observations of women, as well as cosmetologists and massage therapists specializing in the treatment of cellulite, correspond to the data of scientific studies. At any seminar, lecture or presentation of cosmetic products, words about the harm of smoking, about the connection of the development of cellulite with nutrition, environmental pollution, hypodynamia, taking hormonal drugs and obesity are bound to be heard.
Some of the factors listed above not only increase the risk of hyperestrogenemia, but also lead to the development of chronic microcirculation disorders, venous insufficiency, and lymphostasis.
An important conclusion that can be made on the basis of recent research is that cellulite (age-related local estrogen-dependent lipodystrophy, dermoepidermal edematous-fibrous-sclerotic panniculopathy) is not so much a pathology as a physiological feature of female subcutaneous fat cells. This should determine the approach to cellulite therapy.
