It is obvious that an attractive healthy appearance is an inseparable attribute of a successful person today. The average age of the population in developed countries is becoming higher, and such trends as a healthy lifestyle, preventive measures and, accordingly, a high level of healthcare have made the quality of life of people after 40-50 years as full as in 30-40.

The condition of the skin is one of the most important signs of age. Skin aging is an irreversible process of developing specific morphological, biochemical, and biophysical changes in the skin, which accompanies involutional processes throughout the body.

However, unlike other organs and systems, the age of the skin is determined not only by the individual program of genetic aging (the so-called internal, chronological age), but also by the influence of such external factors as the intensity of insolation, smoking, and lifestyle (the so-called external age or photoaging).

Proving the effectiveness of anti-aging products alongside the intrinsic mechanisms of aging and the influences of socioeconomic factors has become a major focus in the field of skin research.
