Tendency to form keloids
Keloid is an overgrowth of connective tissue due to a malfunction of fibroblasts. It looks like a formation protruding above the surface of the skin, having a pink color and repeating the outlines of the wound. The tendency to develop such scars is inherited. At risk are mainly people aged 18 to 25 years.
A keloid scar can occur with any damage to the skin, including after the PM procedure. Before starting work, the master should ask the client about the tendency to keloids and, if possible, examine the scars present on the face or body.
Forms and features of the face
Remember: the client is individual, everyone has a different shape of the eyes, the natural shape of the eyebrows and lips. Working on one template in the field of permanent tattooing is a huge mistake. Even if the client came for fashionable eyebrows, you should choose a sketch that is suitable for this particular case. For example, with a rounded face, it is recommended to select eyebrows with a high lift, with a rectangular face - straight eyebrows, with a triangular - rounded ones. The same with the lips and arrows on the eyes.
The length, width and direction of the lines should correspond to the client, emphasize the advantages and hide the shortcomings.
Psycho-emotional status of the client
Everyone has their own facial expressions and gestures. Observe the client, especially if their facial expression is active. Note that if the woman smiles with the corners of her mouth looking down, her eyes are wrinkled and her brows are furrowed. Over time, these habits can cause wrinkles, which means that permanent makeup should be carried out with these features in mind.
Returning to the examples above, you can visually lift the corners of the lips, instead of long arrows - light eyeliner, make the eyebrows soft and, if possible, light so that the face does not look angry.
Overall image of the customer
In addition to analyzing natural data and behavioral characteristics, the PM master must pay attention to the image of the client as a whole: clothes, accessories, hair and makeup. This will help to give the client a harmonious look that will not conflict with the inner nature.
A modest girl who sticks to a natural style is unlikely to feel comfortable with graphic arrows on her eyelids or red lips. And an extravagant lady with a hot temper will surely be pleased with permanent makeup, emphasizing her bright personality.
In conclusion, it should be noted that each artist must hone the system for evaluating the appearance of a client to perfection. We have mentioned only the main points that should be considered before starting work. Each artist, based on his experience, adds criteria that help him achieve the ideal result.
