Difficult situations in PM: permanent makeup of vascular lips

At the beginning of this article, we analyzed complex situations in permanent lip makeup and considered cases of lip PM after hemangioma removal. In continuation, we share information about the permanent makeup of vascular lips.

Case two: PM of vascular lips

Reasons for the appearance of pathologies on the lips of clients:

• Lip diseases can appear due to a variety of reasons. As a rule, they are observed as a result of a weakened immune system;
• lack of vitamins in the body;
• lips are full of nerve endings. With nervous overstrain, their overflow with blood is observed, this can provoke diseases;
• lip diseases can be observed with frequent hypothermia or overheating;
• if your client has allergic reactions to cosmetics or food, then lip diseases may occur as a result;
• improper installation of braces is the result of a pathological condition of the lips;
• lip diseases can also occur against the background of exposure to bacteria and fungi.

The master, who must make the perfect permanent make-up of problem lips, must establish the cause of their disease and pathology. On the lips of the client, we see vascular pathology over the entire surface (photo 1–2). The client needs to undergo laser treatment before permanent lip makeup.

For the treatment of vascular pathologies of the lips, it is optimal to use a combination of hardware and injection techniques. The most effective and modern technique for removing capillaries and rosacea is laser coagulation of blood vessels. This technique allows you to remove vascular pathology, and also helps to prevent relapses. As a result of the removal of small vessels, scarring does not occur, a clean area of \u200b\u200bthe skin remains at the site of the pathology. After a month and a half, you can provide the client with a permanent lip makeup service.

The course of the procedure

Given the bluish tint on the lips, the procedure should be started with a warmer pigment. At the first stage of work, the process of "warming" the shade of the lips, which have blue, takes place. In my practice, I select the desired shade in its purest form, work by layering the pigment, combining various techniques in my work. In this case, pure Salmon #125 Magic pigment was used in the first watercolor pass to achieve the final shade on the lips (please note that the photo shows healed lips after one procedure, without correction). Then I used the pigment Bioderm Dusty Rose ( Bioderm Dusty Rose gives a natural shade of deep pink, suitable for those who want natural, defined and luscious lips). In combination with Mustard #10, a calm tone mix was obtained. I used it in the second part of the procedure - using watercolor techniques. Anesthesia is accompanying. Finished with a dense surface application of Salmon #125 Magic pigment.

Taking into account the fact that the client came to us with a shade of blue lips and vascular pathology, after laser treatment and a rehabilitation period, 1.5 months later, permanent lip makeup was made with a layer-by-layer pigment application technique. The client was satisfied, happy, and this is the most important thing. In my practice, there have been cases when a patient wanted permanent lip makeup here and now, but has a pathology. If the procedure is carried out immediately, the result after healing can be unpredictable. As a master, I recommend initially undergoing treatment to the client, then doing the procedure. Let's not forget that we have to work very superficially. The more accurately the pigment is placed on the lips, the better the result after healing. Everything is important for a positive result: the structure of the lips, the technique of work, the pigment, the equipment.
