Every girl dreams of long beautiful nails of the correct shape at least once in her life. And if in the past these were only dreams or short-term pleasure thanks to false nails, now, in a few hours spent in the salon, any girl can become the owner of beautiful nails of the ideal length and shape.
And this is due to the rapid development of the nail industry, which resulted in the emergence of various materials and techniques for modeling artificial nails. After all, with the help of special materials you can not only increase the length of the nail plate, correct a broken free edge, but also create a unique creative design.
What is nail modeling?
Modeling is the creation of a clear architecture of an artificial nail in compliance with all the rules, highest points, parallels, transverse and longitudinal arches, which makes the design visually very thin and wearable. Modeling gives us the complex architecture of an artificial nail.
Modeling and nail extensions are different procedures. Extensions can be performed using tips, when we can extend the free edge of a natural nail without adhering to the rules on external and internal architecture. This is a salon option for lengthening nails.
In what cases is it important to use modeling?
First of all, modeling should be offered to clients who suffer from onychophagia - a psychological disease when people bite their nails. With the help of modeling, we can adjust the size of the nail bed, the shape of the natural nail and bring it into the correct state.
Modeling is also indicated for clients with nail bed deformities, or if the nails have different lengths and shapes, which is very common. Sometimes you can see all types of nails on the fingers of one person.
Other girls who love beautiful long nails can also do modeling. The main thing is that the hands are well-groomed, and whether the nails are modeled or covered with gel polish is up to the clients.
Moreover, modeling always visually lengthens the brush, making it more elegant, beautiful and feminine.
Benefits of nail modeling
Modeling artificial nails is a procedure that gives them the ideal desired length and geometric shape. Professional nail modeling has many advantages compared to conventional gel polish. In this case, the nails are strong, smooth, and equally modeled.
Moreover, the coating protects the natural nail plate from various types of exposure to adverse external factors, hides the imperfections of natural nails (if there are unevenness, redness, etc.), and also serves as the basis for design - from varnish coating with artistic painting to three-dimensional competition entries .
Artificial nails, like natural ones, require care - corrections must be made every 3-4 weeks, since all the highest points and parallels shift as natural nails grow. And contrary to all the rumors, natural nails, after removing the artificial ones during regrowth, have all the same characteristics as before the procedure, and in some cases they even level out.
