Today I want to talk to you about haircuts. In one of the previous articles, we talked about bob haircuts and the face shapes that this haircut would suit. This time I will share with you interesting tips on how to choose a haircut for a certain type of face, namely for a thin face, which is mainly heart-shaped or triangular in shape.

How can we determine a client's face shape?

The most convenient way is visually. A triangular face shape means wide lines of the forehead and cheekbones, as well as a narrow chin. So what is next? What to offer the client?

As we discussed in one of the previous materials, the ideal face shape is an oval; accordingly, the client needs to be offered a haircut that will complement the triangular shape and visually turn the face into an oval one. This is the solution to this problem.

What haircut length suits a thin face?

Haircut for short hair. Unfortunately, short haircuts and volume on the crown are not very suitable for triangular face types. You can try a short haircut with choppy/braided/asymmetrical bangs or an elongated nape.

Medium length haircut. This is the ideal length for a thin, triangular-shaped face. A ladder cut or a graduated cascade looks great.

Soft waves and large curls will look beautiful with this haircut. In addition, creating curls from the face at the level of the chin will make any hairstyle a winning one. Oblique, straight, torn and even bangs are also suitable. The choice is very large.

Haircuts for long hair are a cascade and a ladder, which start from the cheekbones and go towards widening. Laying curls away from the face at chin level will “make” any hairstyle.

I hope the information was useful to you!
