“We don’t give up”: interview with Victoria Padalko, founder of Alsavique Ukraine

ProCosmetology: Congratulations, Victoria. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to do this interview. Long time no see.

V. P.: Yes, the last time we met at the webinar “Secrets of Adipose Tissue” was in March 2021. A lot has changed since then! Over these four years, we have been actively working in Ukraine: we have launched new drugs and concepts on the market, received important awards, and, despite all the challenges, we continue to develop.

ProCosmetology: Tell us more about what awards you have received?

V. P.: During this time, we have won three gold medals as the best and most reliable company in our industry – according to the results of the analysis of the Analytical Center of Ukraine and the Register of “Reliable and Investment-Attractive Enterprises”. This came as a complete surprise to us, especially in 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The second medal – in 2022, when the war began. And we haven’t even had time to pick up the third one yet – we’ll do it a little later.

ProCosmetology: Victoria, is it true that you have started rebranding your products?

V. P.: Yes, since the beginning of this year we have been gradually updating well-known products. Our parent company Alsavique International in Italy actively cooperates with the universities of Camerino and Turin. The result of this partnership was an updated line of drugs. In addition, we help Ukrainian doctors study in Europe in the field of aesthetic medicine. Two years ago, we opened a separate group for Ukrainian doctors in the master's program of the University of Camerino and in December 2024, we graduated the first class.
