It would seem that it is only necessary to go to the beauty salon, and experts for a few sessions magically and without any effort on the part of the client will get rid of excess weight and cellulite, giving the silhouette of ideal outlines. A fairy tale? Of course!

Let's understand what is figure modeling? Should we trust the promises of advertising forever and guaranteed to change the shape of the body? Is it possible to model the figure through manual massage techniques or with the help of all kinds of massagers, apparatuses, devices and tools?

To remove excess weight, cellulite, tighten the abdomen, it will take effort and a lot of work not only for a specialist with professional training and qualifications, but also, above all, for the client himself, namely:

• Identify the causes of the problem;

• change your diet;

• balance the circulation of body fluids;

• increase the process of elimination of toxins from the body;

• engage in active sports;

• reduce the stress load on the psyche, etc.

 Massage in this context is only one part of a labor-intensive complex process on the way to achieving physical body harmony. Within the framework of this article we will briefly consider several massage techniques that are designed to help the masseur in solving the problem of modeling and correction of the figure: hemolymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite technique, guasha, structural massage.
