Perfect cleaning in the cosmetologist's office: is it really necessary?
Facial cleansing is not a panacea that can solve all skin problems

Is professional face cleaning always the right decision? And even if your patients are convinced that they need the specified procedure, are specialists always convinced of this?
Almost 90% of patients who contact me as a specialist usually write the following message: "Good afternoon. Is it possible to make an appointment for facial cleansing?". When asked why they decided that they needed facial cleaning, they answer: "I haven't had this procedure in a year, and it's just terrible!", "You'll understand when you see it yourself!" or "I have black spots on my nose/chin/forehead".
It so happens that patients who come to the appointment specifically with a request for cleaning, in almost all cases, turn out to be "victims of marketing". Their skin problems are often limited to a few closed comedones and blackheads on the nose, chin and/or forehead.
Unfortunately, some specialists are ready to prescribe facial cleansing (any: instrumental, mechanical, ultrasonic, combined) even in such cases. This can lead to skin trauma, stress and reduced local immunity and is not always the right approach.
