IV Ukrainian Forum of Cosmetics Market Operators
In the focus of attention — Technical Regulations for cosmetic products, which completely changes the procedure of their entry into the market
On 31 January 2025 in Kiev, DEPO Conference Hall will host the IV Ukrainian Forum of Cosmetics Market Operators. The event will traditionally become a platform for discussing promising regulatory influence and solving legal challenges in the sphere of production and turnover of cosmetic products.
The purpose of the forum is professional and personal communications among company managers, obtaining up-to-date regulatory information from the leading market experts and representatives of legislative and regulatory bodies, discussing the main trends and economic conditions that affect the market of cosmetic products in Ukraine under war conditions.
The event is organised by the Association of Medical Devices Market Operators AMOMD® together with UkrComExpo.
What were the prerequisites for the Forum?
On 3 August 2024, the Technical Regulations on Cosmetic Products, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No. 65 of 20 January 2021, came into force. This is a regulatory legal act, the requirements of which are binding on all market operators to whom the Technical Regulations are directed.
