Teosyal© PureSense Redensity (II) is an innovative product that is a progressive gel specifically created for the correction of nasolacrimal trenches and dark circles under the eyes.
The composition of the drug includes:
- hyaluronic acid reticulated using RHA technology (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid);
- free hyaluronic acid;
- dermorestructuring complex (8 amino acids, 3 antioxidants, minerals, vitamins);
- lidocaine.
A synergistic complex of eight amino acids (glycine, lysine, threonine, proline, isoleucine, leucine, valine, arginine) combined with three powerful antioxidants (glutathione, N-acetyl L-cysteine, α-lipoic acid), minerals (copper and zinc) and Vitamin B6 provides the effect of tissue restructuring, stimulates the dermis’s own producing cells. Teosyal© PureSense Redensity (II) is a unique product, the first on the market in this niche, which provides low hygroscopicity, ideal viscoelasticity with high distribution capacity.
The product exerts low pressure on the tissue.
Efficiency and safety proven in multicenter studies guarantees excellent results.
Preparation for the procedure
We conduct an initial consultation: we collect anamnesis, inform about the type of injected drug, injection technique, areas that will be corrected, the potential volume of the injected drug, possible side effects, as well as precautions before injecting hyaluronic acid preparations. If there is a risk of side effects, we prescribe medications that can reduce the risk of their occurrence.
We must inform the patient that under no circumstances should he:
- undergo dental procedures 15 days before injection of hyaluronic acid preparations;
- 7 days before the injection, take the following medications: anti-inflammatory drugs, anticoagulants, vitamins C and E, aspirin;
- exercise and drink alcohol 24 hours before the injection.
Immediately before the procedure, we ask the patient to read and sign the informed consent - a document that protects the doctor and ensures that the patient understands the essence of the procedure.
Cleansing
Using cleansers (of your choice), we remove makeup and thoroughly disinfect the areas of subsequent injections with chlorhexidine bigluconate or povidone-iodine.

Injection
The drug package contains 2 syringes of 1 ml each. The presence of 0.3% lidocaine in the product makes it possible not to perform local anesthesia with other means. When using a cannula in patients sensitive to pain, local anesthesia is possible by applying Emla anesthetic cream at the point of skin puncture.
Introduction technique:
- slow injection;
- deep supraperiosteal injection;
- injection under suborbital fat;
- microbolus technique through a needle or retrograde linear through a cannula.
Attention! During the first procedure, a slight undercorrection of the treatment zone is recommended due to the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the periorbital region. If the result is insufficient, a maintenance procedure (if necessary) is prescribed after 1 month.
Post-injection care
After the procedure, it is possible to apply medications that reduce post-injection sensations in patients and reduce the post-traumatic effect of the procedure. For example, the use of Teoxan Pre/Post Soothing and Regenerating Serum.
Final recommendations
We set the patient a date for the next meeting and give advice on how he should behave after the procedure:
- do not drink alcohol for 72 hours;
- do not exercise for 72 hours;
- avoid air travel for 72 hours;
- do not visit the dentist for several days after the procedure;
