From a dermatologist's perspective, obese people may experience problems such as worsening acne or enlarged pores due to increased sebum production and sweating. They may also experience pigmentation disorders, a feeling of heaviness in the skin, disgust at their own reflection, as well as increased sweating and unpleasant odor. But this is not the main problem of overweight people.

Obesity is the accumulation of fat in the body, leading to excess body weight. In this case, an excessive amount of fat is deposited in the body's fat depots (subcutaneous adipose tissue and around internal organs).

According to medical statistics, up to 30% of the population suffers from obesity, and the obesity epidemic has spread throughout the world. More and more people suffer from excess weight. People with a weight that exceeds 100 kg are increasingly common. Such weight is no longer just a figure defect - it is a serious disease that threatens with serious consequences.

Obesity, regardless of its causes, is accompanied by pathological changes in many internal organs and systems. Disturbance of fat metabolism leads to the accumulation of products of their incomplete breakdown in the body, which entails premature aging, accumulation of cholesterol in the walls of blood vessels, and suppression of the immune system.
