Festival International Beauty Voyage: "voyage out of time"

On May 12–14, with the support of the President of the European Association of Permanent Makeup and Makeup Irina Verbova , the largest professional event in the world of the beauty industry, the International Beauty Voyage festival, took place in Kiev.

The event included the world championship in permanent makeup and microblading in various categories, an international congress, many thematic master classes, and the final chord was an enchanting gala dinner with a beautiful show program, many surprises and gifts.

Participants from more than 30 countries of the world, the international jury and all the guests were able to plunge into the incredible atmosphere of a beauty festival without borders.

In the opinion of the direct participants, the action fully corresponded to the high standard that was announced.

And here is what the author and organizer of the forum says about the event - the president of the European Association of Permanent Makeup and Visage, an international judge, an international trainer and speaker, the official representative of Biotek (Italy) in Ukraine, the official distributor of Dermatek (Italy) in Ukraine, the founder of the International academy of aesthetic art, plasma rejuvenation and dermapigmentation QiQ, owner of the brands Irina Verbova and International Beauty Voyage Irina Verbovaya:

“It is easy to guess that the roadmap, concept and scale of the event are encoded in the title itself. It just so happened in recent years that in my travels I basically combined work and leisure. It turned out to be quite fruitful and interesting format. He became the basis for the IBV project. This is very convenient for people who give their work a lot of time and effort. Before thinking about the annual international event, which will have its own calendar, I, in collaboration with my like-minded people and partners, held several such events. These are international congresses and permanent makeup championships in Turkey, Greece, Spain, Georgia, and in 2017-1918 we held very large-scale events in Kyiv. A compilation of Kyiv and international events formed the basis of the IBV project.

The International Beauty Voyage project is quite mobile. Having the main location in Ukraine, he, in full accordance with his name, began his journey around the world. So, for example, our first event was successfully held in February 2019 in Turkey, in May we received more than three thousand guests here in Kiev, and in the second half of the year we will have a “voyage” to another continent. Which one and which country will become a new point on the map, I will tell you a little later. So far, I can only say that each time we will tell a new exciting story and invite our guests to a new adventure.

International Beauty Voyage is a new level event. Very democratic and the most environmentally friendly in its essence and spirit. The values that it creates and promotes, the standards it introduces, the mood it gives - all this for the sake of a woman, her beauty, health and confident smile. Women remain gentle mothers for their children, caring keepers of the hearth, girlfriends and a source of inspiration for their men. But with all this, any woman so wants to remain beautiful at any age no matter what!

I hope that our event allows us to find many answers to the needs of a modern woman and help the professional growth of our masters.”

Beauty industry specialists in different countries mostly work locally, while they have a completely unique experience. Arriving in a new country, plunging into its color, having the opportunity to visit author's master classes and work with local models, the master receives a powerful impetus for self-development and radically expands his professional scope.

Another very useful thing is the convergence of global criteria and standards of customer service. But this, as they say, is an additional effect.

Kiev festival IBV-2019 was very eventful and informative.

The unique grading system, highly professional environment, and most importantly, a warm, friendly atmosphere allowed the participants of the World Championship to overcome the excitement and show their best. During the championship, throughout the day, there was also a non-stop marathon of master classes from well-known gurus of their profession.

The professional jury included Nadezhda Derzhnikele, Evgenia Fedotova-Tsoy, Vita Pertseva, Oksana Martynenko, Tatyana Musarova, Natalia Dolgopolova, Evgenia Denizeri, Olga Nesmiyan, Yulia Winner, Olga Rassamahina, Yesenia Korshunova, Ivona Donarska, Alexandrina Martynovich, Yulia Sunduk, Yuliana Druzhinina, Alla Romazanova, Victoria Lagoida, Natalya Pastukhova and Elena Puts are well-known and authoritative names. They were also awarded diplomas for fair and impartial judging.

In addition to competitions in six nominations, within the framework of the International PMU Congress, International Beauty Voyage held a competition in two more nominations: “Woman-Universe” and “Reincarnation”. "Woman-Universe" is a nomination for healed works, when the jury had the opportunity to evaluate the finished work - the quality of execution and the finished image. As for the nomination "Reincarnation", it is a demonstration of aerobatics in the profession of a PM master. Teams from different countries, under tight time frames, create a completely new finished look for a model at an elegant age (50+), working in four hands, transforming a woman right in front of her eyes, making her conditionally ten years younger! This is creativity and a serious challenge. This is probably why this competition is of great interest to serious craftsmen.

Each of the two nominations is very difficult, and therefore it is not easy to evaluate them. The guests learned the results of the work done by the masters only during the International Beauty Voyage gala dinner. Award crystals and other numerous prizes and gifts of IBV-2019 were scattered along with the winners in 30 countries of the world!

The unique speakers provided the congress participants with invaluable theoretical knowledge and generously shared their author's methods. And the bright stand-ups of the amazing presenter, the original performances of other artists and numerous competitions made it possible to switch and relax a bit.

As for the Parade of Brands, as we were able to see, this is an excellent opportunity for a wide range of manufacturers of goods and services in the beauty industry to present their new developments in a quality manner. And specialists, owners of salons and commercial enterprises were able to expand their range of services and lay the foundation for the conclusion of various kinds of commercial agreements. All conditions were created for this. In addition, within the framework of the round table, it was possible, as they say, to get first-hand answers to all questions of interest.

The icing on the cake, of course, were the shows of designer clothing collections, a gala dinner and an enchanting show program that finalized this three-day journey into the world of beauty without borders.
