Beauty HUB Brunch: debut meeting held

Estet in collaboration with the professional platform for beauty industry professionals Beauty HUB presented a new format of meetings for beauty masters and organizers of beauty & health events - "Beauty HUB Brunch", which is planned to be held regularly. The first session of “Welcome to the club! Client-service. Sales. Management” was held on May 18 in the atmospheric LobanovSKY coworking on the 26th floor in Kyiv. During the brunch, the guests enthusiastically listened to the speeches of the speakers, made new acquaintances and useful business contacts, and exchanged personal experience with their colleagues.

Four invited speakers covered real cases and tried to answer numerous questions from the guests.

Evgenia Kirilenko, Head of Support at Sigma Software Group, told what actions should be taken if a client leaves and how to make a client permanent.

Natalia Zaveruha , director and founder of Manageable, devoted her speech to the customer journey map, its structure and the key steps in compiling this working tool.

Together with Anna Serdyuk, managing partner and director of the international network of beauty salons Maija and part-time director of the boutique salon "Embassy of Beauty and Health" , the guests reviewed the key indicators of sales management.

And the operating director of the Estet group of companies Natalya Sopelnik, using the example of her professional activities, shared her personal experience on how to optimize and save up to 30% of time by properly organizing her work. After all, business people are simply nowhere without the necessary time management for everyone.

The project has made itself known. And this is just the beginning! We plan to expand our horizons and hold such exciting events every month with the participation of professionals from various fields: service, management, marketing, sales, business consulting, IT-sphere, as well as other specialists, including lawyers, psychologists, etc.⠀
