Beauty HUB Brunch 2: Personal brand. Organization of events

A new format of regular meetings for beauty masters and organizers of beauty & health events called Beauty HUB Brunch started on May 18th. At the first meeting, guests and speakers discussed customer service, management and sales in a warm and friendly atmosphere, and just had a great time! The participants of the Laboratory were able to ask their questions and everyone got an interesting opportunity to hear the answers of not only the speakers, but also the opinions of colleagues on how they cope with certain tasks.

It was the most fruitful communication of like-minded people, an active discussion of exciting issues and problems, expert advice and personal experience, new insights and ideas for the further development of your business (read how everything went here ). The participants did not want to leave so much that the brunch smoothly flowed into lunch!

Business brunches mean monthly meetings in the atmospheric metropolitan co-working LobanovSKY, combining:

• useful reports from 3-4 speakers with informal discussions, questions, real cases;
• networking with "colleagues";
• acquaintance and communication with invited experts in the field of psychology, customer service, management, marketing, sales, etc.

The second session, the theme of which will be “The success you deserve. Personal brand. Organization of events”, will take place this month. Together with experts, we will discuss growth points and important elements of developing a personal brand in the beauty industry, methods to improve the efficiency of companies and specialists ( Andrey Shumyakov ), talk about the psychology of customers and the matrix of successful sales ( Vladimir Kravchuk ), as well as how to organize a successful event for your clients ( Natalia Sopelnik ).
