Poorly prepared skin

Which is correct? You need to clean your eyebrows of decorative cosmetics/fixatives. Micellar water or tonic will help with this. It is advisable to treat the skin with eyebrow shampoo or a fine scrub to remove flaking if possible, then moisturize the skin with milk or regenerating cream for 5-7 minutes. The final stage of preparation is degreasing the skin with a saline solution or a professional degreaser with a low alcohol content.
