Natural “makeup without makeup”: step-by-step technology with photos

Creating “no makeup makeup” is not as easy as it seems. The key to success is an ideal skin tone without flaws or imperfections. On such a canvas, any makeup will look great, even if you just emphasized the client’s eyes with a light pencil and her lips with transparent gloss.

Makeup artist Anastasia Malyar demonstrates how to do “makeup without makeup” step by step so that the image turns out harmonious and natural.

Step 1. Apply a matte base. We even out the skin color using Light Liquid Foundation No. 02. We highlight the area under the eyes with concealer No. 01.

Step 2. Perform light-and-shadow correction with bronzing powder and set with HD powder.

Step 3. Shape the eyebrows using powder pencil No. 111.

Step 4. Apply light shadows No. 08 to the inner part of the eyelid. Darken the moving eyelid with shadows No. 09. Draw the upper eyelash row and mucous membrane with pencil No. 246.

Step 5. Emphasize the cheekbones, nasolabial fold and bridge of the nose with compact highlighter No. 07. Carefully paint over the eyelashes with black Ultra Volume Mascara.

Step 6. Lightly accent the look with blush No. 02, and on the lips use glossy lipstick in shade No. 501.
