Makeup artist Mitya Gribko about the beginning of his career, blogging and the history of makeup
Interview with a top master
Especially for Pro Hair&MakeUP TV, makeup artist Mitya Gribko spoke about the beginning of his career, experience of working in different countries and blogging.
Mitya Gribko is a makeup artist with experience collaborating with international brands such as MAC, Inglot and WYCON Cosmetics, and a PRO teacher at MakeUpMe Academy.
In an interview for Pro Hair&MakeUP TV, we decided to ask Mitya about many things: how he began his career as a makeup artist, in which countries he worked and where he got such a love for graphics in makeup, and why, despite almost 60 thousand followers on Instagram, he does not consider himself a blogger.
Mitya also shared the secrets of working at fashion weeks, talked about his own preferences in choosing cosmetic products and gave a short excursion into the history of makeup in the 60s.
“Why did I decide to become a makeup artist? Who else? Even if I hadn’t become a makeup artist, I would have been in a creative profession.”
“I don’t want to call myself a blogger and never aspired to be one. Instagram is what spoils. Now I put everything I want on my account. This is a page about inspiration."
“In our profession, unfortunately, there are a lot of show-offs.”
We promise: it will be interesting!
