High ponytail: step-by-step technology from Yulia Chaikova with photos

How to make a high ponytail? But in a way that is easy, necessarily voluminous and tasteful? Hairdressers constantly ask themselves this question, because more and more often clients are growing beautiful long hair, which means that hairstyles for long hair are in demand. A high ponytail is exactly that complete hairstyle for all occasions. The founder of Chaikova Academy, Yulia Chaikova, demonstrated how to quickly create a high ponytail in 6 steps.
1. Treat your hair with thermal protection, then make a root corrugation. 
2. Gather hair into a ponytail and leave the rest of the hair free along the edge growth line. 
3-4. On the crown, lower occipital and temporal areas, leave only the hair around the face free. Then backcomb it and comb it out carefully.
5. Using a fork comb and spray wax, create ridges towards the tail. Secure everything with an elastic band. 
6. Working with the ponytail: curl it with a 38-diameter curling iron, stretch the strands and fix them with varnish. It is also chaotic to twirl the strands around the face. Finish the hairstyle with hairspray.
