The face of modern cosmetology has changed radically over the past decades not only because of the explosive development of technologies and raw materials, but also in connection with the process of world globalization.
State borders are becoming more and more transparent, technical capabilities allow many specialists to work remotely. Large corporate players L'Oreal, Beiersdorf, LVMH entered the professional segment of the cosmetics market. Some cosmetic brands have changed owners, refocusing on the mass market. At the same time, interest in cosmetic products that take into account the characteristics of human skin has increased.
Next to big brands, which are represented by drugs with millions of copies, small companies appear every day, oriented to specific groups of customers - gender, race, age, climate. Today, the development of a specific formulation of the drug is not a serious problem, but there are practically no specialists capable of building a professional line, creating original procedures and care protocols, training programs, conducting efficiency tests, and adapting to market features.
