What is the most important thing in the health and beauty business?

In order to understand what the professional education corresponding to the current level of development of cosmetology should be, it is useful to imagine who today's cosmetic market really needs.
In contrast to France, where tiny beauty salons predominate (more than 80% employ 1-2 specialists), in Ukraine the bulk of enterprises are quite large salons, which offer a wide range of services - from hairdressing to cosmetic and medical services. Almost all beauty salons have at least 3-4 cosmetologists and masseurs.
At the same time, the growth of networks of cosmetic companies continues, sometimes within the framework of medical centers, sometimes as an accompaniment to fitness centers and wellness services. These institutions work with upper middle and middle class clients who regularly visit cosmetologists and purchase professional cosmetics. In addition, new and new "walk-in" businesses appear every year, offering routine cosmetic care services taking into account the specifics of the demand of the local clientele and small cosmetic centers in office buildings. All of these businesses can be successful, so why do many of them last no more than a few years?
