Synergy of regeneration effects of polynucleotides and BTA in the treatment of scars
Practical cases and the expert's own experience
How to minimize the manifestations of cicatricial tissue changes in each specific case? Practical cases and personal experience of using botulinum therapy and regenerative therapy in the treatment of scars from an expert. The article is published as part of the project "Stress Defense. Ukrainian recipe".
Revealing the problem of scars and talking about how a cosmetologist can best help patients with various scars, we must remember: first, every doctor who is faced with this problem must understand the stages of work with the patient and, in general, know how to minimize the manifestations of cicatricial tissue changes in each specific person.
We must understand the problems of scar formation and take into account the factors that influence the formation of scar tissue.
Of course, the nature of the injury affects the formation of scar tissue. It is known that tissue injuries caused during surgery are tissue injuries that then heal well, because they are made, let's say, according to the rules of tissue healing. Injuries of a violent nature (explosive, burn, puncture, tear, bite) usually heal worse, because the problem of the nature of the tissue injury itself is superimposed on the problem of asepsis.
There are a number of studies that show that botulinum therapy should be started as early as possible.
