Anti-age programs with a prolonged effect

The RF-lifting method is a popular means of combating aging in anti-age programs. Let's consider the experience of combining the hardware procedure with injection methods to achieve a prolonged effect.

Accents in anti-age programs

Aging of the skin is part of the biological aging process of the whole body and is regulated by the same laws. Since the skin is directly connected with the external environment, regressive changes are detected in it earlier than in other organs. As a result of the age-related progressive decrease in the level of estrogens, the process of glycation of proteins (collagen and elastin) occurs.
The balance between the synthesis of new collagen fibers and the destruction of old ones under the action of the collagenase enzyme is disturbed. With age, collagenase loses its properties due to the blockade of the enzyme itself and the formation of collagen dimers. These dimers are not cleaved by collagenase, accumulate in the dermis and inhibit the formation of new collagen fibers. As a result, collagen fibers are stitched together, bind water poorly, so the skin becomes drier and less elastic.

The main goal of therapy in antiaging programs is to moisturize all layers of the skin and "grow" new collagen. Hyaluronic acid is known to be the most effective drug used for moisturizing. There are many boosters of neocollagenesis: these are both natural and chemical preparations.
The undisputed leader here is, of course, hyaluronic acid preparations, as well as hardware techniques that have become widespread in recent years.

To stimulate neocollagenesis in my practice, I widely use mesotherapy and biorevitalization before a course of radio wave lifting procedures, alternate radio wave procedures with mesotherapy and biorevitalization, and prescribe injection techniques as a supporting course after a series of radio wave treatments.

Let's consider in more detail the principles, mechanism and features of combined radio wave procedures with biorevitalization and mesotherapy procedures.
