Recovery strategy: regenerative procedures in cosmetology
The right approach and the appointment of adequate preparatory measures

Intensive damaging procedures are usually performed at pronounced stages of skin withering. Naturally, in such a stage of withering, the skin has a reduced regeneration resource, which increases the risk of complications, on the one hand, and on the other hand, significantly reduces the result. Therefore, in our practice, we always perform intensive damaging procedures in the same course with regenerating procedures.
The doctor must always remember that it is necessary to start with regenerative procedures, and only then carry out damaging procedures.
The course of procedures in general looks like this:
- preparation;
- damaging procedure; r
- ehabilitation.
Preparatory stage
The main purpose of this stage is to prepare for the injury. Depending on the nature of the injury, it may differ significantly from external therapy, but the main focus will be maintained. The main task of the preparatory stage is to restore the skin's regenerative potential, that is, the structures that provide recovery. These include: vessels, fibroblasts, the concentration of HA and antioxidants.
