Even a cursory review of the market for oily skin cosmetics in search engines, we can conclude that the race of marketing strategies is gaining momentum. Every second cosmetic product promises miraculous results in a short time. The number of products on popular marketplaces for the query “oily skin product” has more than one thousand offers.

Of course, it is not possible for a patient to deal with so many cosmetic products on the market on his own. What can we say about efficiency? And the unequivocal conclusion suggests itself that in the race of marketing strategies, the patient suffers. The visit to the doctor is delayed, the prognosis worsens, the patient loses money and time.

So, acne is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis, which consists of:

  • open comedones;
  • closed comedones;
  • papules;
  • pustules;
  • cysts;
  • knots.

Acne patients make up a high percentage of cosmetic appointments and it is almost impossible to prevent the appearance of acne. That is, at a certain point, acne elements appear and most often this is due to:

  • anatomical structure of the sebaceous gland;

  • biochemical factor, changes in the chemical composition of sebum;
  • activation of C. acne;
  • immune factor, development of inflammation.
